Extended Family Senior Home

Extended Family Senior Home could be the perfect option for a senior who needs just a little assistance with daily activities to maintain a quality lifestyle, but doesn’t need a full-blown medical nursing facility or the related costs.  Our senior residents are a part of our extended family, not just clients.  We celebrate birthdays, holidays and special occasions together in a loving, caring atmosphere.  Our seniors are a special part of our extended family, not just a number.  Our seniors each have their own private bedroom in our family home (built in 2005) located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe, upscale Broadview Heights neighborhood. 

You, or your loved one, will not feel like just a number in some large and cold institutional facility.  Dinners are not served cafeteria style in a huge bland dining hall.  Our dinners are served family style at a more intimate dinner table.  Extended Family Senior Home fits right in with all the other custom houses in the neighborhood because it is a house, not an institution.  There are no signs out front or anything else that would make us look like a large institution.  Living with us is like living at home because it is our home and could be your home too.  The transition to our home can be much smoother and less of an adjustment when compared to a large facility which is much more different that what they are used to.

For seniors who may still be living in their home on their own, Extended Family Senior Home eliminates the isolation with caring and loving companionship 24/7.  No more worrying about being alone and all the risks associated with that.  In case something happens, help is right there!  No more need to cut grass, shovel snow from the driveway and sidewalks, maintain a vehicle (repairs, insurance, gas, etc.), finding transportation or just someone to talk to. 

We have no kids of our own.  We do have nieces and nephews who visit from time to time.  We have one elderly parent living in our home.  We can accommodate two additional residents now and eventually a maxim of three more (for a total of five seniors).

Seniors’ family and friends are encouraged to visit.
